Im going to say this first just so everybody knows: I am the type of girl who doesn’t really care how people feel when I tell them about themselves. Being that I am that way, I do tend to curse and I am very straight-forward without being derogatory or cocky.
Now, that we have things straight here is the bio. My name is Brittany and I am 21 years of age living in Downtown DC. Right now, I live with my mother, my sister (who is actually studying at UMES), my baby cousin Josiah (who my aunt couldn’t support because she decided she wanted to be a druggie) and my boyfriend Everett. You will of course hear a lot about him being that he is the love of my life. And I don’t really don’t appreciate the fact that I still get hit on in Myspace when it clearly says that I am in a relationship. Just one of my pet peeves I guess.
Currently, I am working as an administrative assistant with MB Staffing in Downtown, DC, but I am trying to land a government job because that is where all the money and best benefits are. I did attend school for a year (2004-2005) at BIC in Baltimore, MD. Even though I made Deans List my first semester and still made pretty good grades in my second, I got extremely bored of my school and major and dropped out. I do plan to go back to school for photography and web design at AI, but right now I want to move out of my current residence and maybe move to Maryland or Virginia. As much as I love DC, the hustle and bustle of it kind of aggravates me. As soon as I move out and save up enough money, I will eventually go back to school for something that actually challenges me.
Something that I feel I should mention would be that I am also helping my mother take care of Josiah until he is independent enough to not bug my mother to death. He is actually a cool 1 year old, but he can get fussy at times. He loves Spongbob (or Bob-Bob to him), Elmo, Sesame Street, FOOD (he has a good appetite), dancing, and music. Josiah is pretty much a happy baby and is extremely lucky to have us. And, even though he is only one, I think he knows that.
Being In Love: I never ever thought that I would fall in love until I met Everett. And I want everyone to know that I am in love and I don’t want anybody else. We actually met at a New Year’s Eve Party; December 31st, 2006. We have been inseparable ever since.
On Valentine’s day, he showed up to my door with red roses in a red vase, this cute black gorrilla that carries a heart (that says BE MINE), and dark chocolate (which are my favorite). On Febuary 17, 2007 we made it official that we are definatley together.
He now lives with me and I am so grateful to have him in my life. Everett makes my day much brighter. Sometimes he gets on my nerves, but I don’t care. I love him too much.
Physical Appearance: Dark brown skin, dark brown eyes, mid length black hair (wanna get it dyed soon though), kinda chunky, but still PHAT (lol), three ear piercings (both lobes and and left cartilage) and one tattoo (on my right wrist that says Addicted and has music notes going around it). Of course, I want to get more.
Hobbies: MUSIC = anti-drug. I listen to everything: R&B, hip-hop, pop, reggae, ska, reggaeton, jazz, smooth jazz, punk, and alternative. The only metal band I will ever play would be Avenged Sevenfold. I don’t care to much for country music although sometimes when I watch the album commercials I kinda dig it. I guess I am contradicting myself right there. Classical is fucking boring. World music is intriguing. Gospel music has too much yelling and screaming (except for BeBe and CeCe Winans who I enjoy). I never buy bootlegs. You will always hear me say, “It’s new music Tuesday! Time to pick up_______ from Best Buy or CD Warehouse!” Tuesdays usually break up my week for me which I love. Its always something to look forward to.
In addition to my music addcition I also love to cook (even though my boyfriend cooks much better than I do) read, write poetry (when I feel inspired), shop, go to the bar with friends (RJ Bentleys), watch football games with my boyfriend, research on things that interest me, web surf (I love personal blogs and message boards), play video games (I kick ass in Mortal Kombat), and talk. I am very talkative.
Hates: Don’t get me wrong; I love myself. And I feel that everyone should love themselves. But, there are those people who take it to far. Conceited people aggravate me. Sure, I am cocky at times. Only when I know what I am doing, but not 24-7. I hate that. What else do I hate? Oh, yeah dramatic people. They waste time. People shouldn’t bitch and moan about every little thing. Only things that matter. And lets not forget the fake bitches. This is the reason why I hardly hang out females. Because they are backstabbing bitches. Most of them anyway. Judgemental people are also dangerous. And hoes ruin lives. I also hate bell peppers, potato salad, and sci-fi movies.

-My favorite colors are blue, black, purple, and pink. I don’t care too much for green, but I do wear it sometimes.
-I love dogs! I have a dog named Moo (border collie and american eskimo mix), but since we are not allowed to have pets in the apartment, she stays with my aunt. I need to visit her more often.
-I have a HUGE cd collection. I haven’t counted them yet though.
-I am sorta of a morning person. Staying up late at night is no problem for me, especially when I go out drinking.
-My favorite food is pizza and steak.
-I love silver jewelry even though people say I would look better wearing gold. I am just not into gold or diamonds. They are nice though. Bamboo earrings are hot!
-Cooking is easy for me, but I can’t bake pastries to save my life. Trying never hurts though!
-I try to draw all the time. If you were to look in any of my old notebooks, you would most likely come across some of my dumb-ass doodles. But, I suck at drawing.
-Even though I love to shop, I hardly ever buy shoes or clothes. Only when I see something I like.
-I have a hoodie fetish.
-Harry Potter rocks my world.
-I think the color yellow is fucking ugly.
-I suck at math, but I am great with Excel which I just found out.
